Delete your account

You can delete your account yourself – on the game’s website or in the app. After the request you have 7 days to change your mind.

How to delete your account

Log in and open “Account security”, then “Delete the account”. In the app the same action is in the account settings.

Enter your current password and confirm. If you have a euro balance, tick the box to show you understand it is lost when the account is deleted and is not refunded.

Seven days to change your mind

The account is not deleted at once but after 7 days. Until then it is locked: you can only cancel the deletion or log out. Logging in does not cancel it.

When you make the request, your market listings, orders, bank offers and classifieds are withdrawn, and their items and money return to your account. If one cannot be returned straight away, we keep trying, and the account is not deleted before it is back.

Until the deletion, the account cannot play or start anything new. Other players cannot send it messages, friend requests, clan invitations or challenges.

While the deletion is pending, the account takes no place and wins no prize in rankings and competitions. The next player takes its place, and cancelling does not bring a missed prize back.

How to cancel

  • Log in and press “Cancel the deletion”.
  • If the account has a verified email address, you get a letter with a cancel link and a code.
  • You can enter the code on the cancel page together with your account name, even if you forgot your password.
  • Withdrawn listings and offers are not restored – what they held is already back with you.

What is deleted, and when

When the 7 days are over, the account stops working at once. The data below is then erased, usually within a few hours.

  • Your email address and password.
  • Your items, currencies, euro balance, skills and the rest of your progress.
  • Your profile, friends list, the messages you received and other personal data.
  • Your login history and IP addresses.

What is kept and why

Other players’ results must stay correct. So the history of fights, bosses, clan wars and competitions stays, with “Deleted” shown instead of your name.

Forum posts, chat lines and the messages you sent to others stay for their readers, under the same “Deleted” label.

Records of the game’s economy and security are kept without your name, email address or IP address. They are needed to investigate fraud and cheating.

Payment and other financial records are kept, also without your name, for as long as required by applicable accounting and tax laws. The economy and security records are deleted at the same time.

Backups and server logs keep deleted data for up to 30 days. After that it is gone from them too.

If you lead a clan

The clan invitations you sent are withdrawn when you make the request.

The leadership passes to the member of the highest rank, and between equals to the one who has been in the clan longest.

If you are alone in the clan, it is disbanded. If it has fought other clans, it stays with the label “Deleted” and takes no new members, so the other clans’ war history does not disappear.
