Where to write about bugs, suggestions and account questions, and how to describe a problem so it’s easy to find.

How to get in touch

Logged-in players post bugs, questions and suggestions on the game forum – it has separate sections: “Bugs”, “Help and Questions” and “Suggestions”. The administration reads them. The forum only works when you’re logged in, so you can’t reach it without an account.

Once email sending is switched on, you will be able to start account recovery on the login page. This option doesn’t work yet.

What to write about

  • You found a bug: a page doesn’t load, a number is clearly wrong, an action doesn’t work.
  • You noticed a rule violation or suspicious behavior.
  • You have a suggestion for a game system or a Handbook text.
  • You have a question about your account that you can’t solve in the game itself.

How to describe a bug

The most useful report answers three questions: which page it happened on, what you clicked just before, and what you expected. If you saw a message on the screen, copy it word for word – the exact sentence often shows right away where the bug is.

If the bug doesn’t happen every time, say so too: what was different the time it happened.

What the administration never asks for

The administration never asks for your password – not in the game, not by email, not in chat. Never send your password to anyone. Any message that asks for it is a scam, whatever name it is signed with.

Before you write

If your question is about a game system, you’ll often find the answer faster in the Handbook. Questions about the rules have their own rules page.
